Delightful choice of eggs and bacon for a full Scottish breakfast. Very comfy bed in the family room, plus an electric kettle, central heating, and iron and ironing board. Lovely views, perfect and magnificent 

We really enjoyed this place - comfortable and pleasant hotel.

The rooms were functional, en suite in good condition, ideal for us. Quiet and absolutely perfect location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The breakfast itself is very very good with beans.

The venue is enchanting, fairly clean and the location is marvellous and magnificent just next door to Church and the centre of Edinburgh. The units were tidy with lovely big double bed. The staff is very very nice,

Great location near shops and a short walk to city center. Spacious and comfortable room with tea/coffee facilities and a TV. Delicious breakfast with both continental and Scottish options.

Attic room not as grand as other rooms, with sliding door for toilet and shower. Shared bathroom and shower room on top floor without lock.
